Email Settings
Incoming (IMAP):
Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 993 (SSL/TLS)
Username: your full email address
Outgoing (SMTP):
Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 465 (SSL/TLS)
Authentication: Required
iPhone / iPad
- Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
- Select Other > Add Mail Account
- Enter name, email, and password
- Select IMAP, enter server settings above
- Tap Save
Android (Gmail)
- Open Gmail > Add Account > Other
- Enter email, tap Manual Setup
- Select IMAP, enter server settings
- Follow prompts to complete
Outlook Desktop
- File > Add Account
- Enter email, click Advanced Options
- Check "Let me set up manually"
- Select IMAP, enter settings, click Connect
Webmail
Access email in your browser at https://yourdomain.com:2096
Use your full email address as the username. Ensure SSL/TLS is enabled.
